Eden has a daily food production output of 600 meals/day and aims to produce 5000 meals/day in December 2022. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining all QA & QC policies and procedures. The QA Manager provides leadership, support, and guidance directly to their team and indirectly and directly to other food production team members to ensure; food quality standards, food safety guidelines, legal requirements (as they pertain to food safety), and customer expectations are met.
