Job Description
The Cleaning Supervisor will support with leading, managing and guiding the Cleaning team, as well as enforcing the standards required for the facility to run.
Job Responsibilities
You will be required to
- Ensure the entire facility is constantly clean
- Monitor the performance of the cleaning team, both internal & external housekeeping teams
- Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies across all the rooms & restrooms
- Maintain cleaning inventory, requesting orders for new products when needed
- Ensure the timeline for waste disposal is maintained
- Maintain the state of all furniture and fittings and flag any needed fixes
- Develop new cleaning processes that will aid in maintaining cleaning standards
- Develop and document cleaning metrics for all the internal & external housekeepers
- Manage the fumigation process
Job Requirement
To take on this role, the candidate should:
- Have In-depth understanding of NAFDAC & Health agency cleaning requirements for food production
- Have some prior cleaning experience (highly preferred); experience in food production facilities a plus
- Posses a high standard for cleanliness
