As an Associate Product Manager at Eden, you will learn and become familiar with your Product’s business area. You’ll understand the strategy for your product area and be contribute at every step of product development, from identifying customer problems (through surveys, analytics, etc) to brainstorming broad ideas, creating short and long-term roadmaps, and consistently assessing business impact. You'll work in close collaboration with various teams such as Engineering, Design, and Growth teams.

In a lot of ways, we function as a startup, meaning we all work closely and collaboratively across departments to align on product vision and ship products. All our teams live and breathe user-centered processes to create the best end-to-end experience for all our users across varying services daily.

As an Associate Product Manager at Eden, you’ll…

• Contribute to problem articulation, gather inputs to define problems, and go on to create simple problem statements.
• Understand surfaced/reported problems and actively contribute to the exploration of multiple solutions to the problem statement.
• Efficiently keep already created Product Documents up to date.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance Checks of features before release.
• Collaborate effectively within the team & with engineering to break down work into valuable releases for users and on shipping software regularly.
• Understand & track the relevant metrics that translate to good or bad user experiences.
• Own product education (and documentation) for your product area.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Product Manager at Eden if you:

• Have more than 1 year of experience as an Associate or Intern Product Manager with experience working as an Individual Contributor and with engineering teams.
